Sourdough Pizza Dough

lukewarm

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine sourdough starter, flour, salt, and lukewarm water. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
Cover and let the dough ferment at room temperature for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside.
Roll out the dough into a thin pizza base.
Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or directly onto a pizza peel if using a stone.
Top with sliced figs, crumbled goat cheese, and prosciutto.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula and a drizzle of honey.
Slice and serve warm!
