  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, pumpkin puree, honey, and warm water.
  2. Gradually add the flour, salt, and cinnamon to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 4-6 hours or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  6. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Let it rest for 30 minutes, then score the top with a sharp knife.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
