  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • Optional: Fresh herbs (like rosemary) for garnish
  • Crackers, baguette slices, or apple slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake the brie for about 10-12 minutes, or until it’s soft and warm.
  4. While the brie is baking, mix the chopped nuts and honey in a small bowl.
  5. Once the cheese is ready, remove it from the oven and immediately drizzle the honey and nut mixture over the top.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of crackers, bread slices, or fruit.
