Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry

A quick and delicious stir-fry featuring chicken and crisp cabbage, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until it’s tender yet crunchy.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
