  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter and combine it with brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Gradually add in the flour and pinch of salt. Mix until just combined.
  4. Spread half of the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips over medium heat. Stir until smooth and melted.
  6. Pour the melted mixture over the batter in the pan.
  7. Top with the remaining batter, spreading it carefully over the filling.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
