Cinnamon Pecan Pie Cheesecake

A perfect blend of rich cheesecake and glossy pecan pie topping, enhanced with warm cinnamon for a cozy dessert experience.

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Pinch of salt
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream, room temperature
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and foil.
  2. Mix the crust ingredients and press into the pan, then bake for 10 minutes and cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugars and other filling ingredients until combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake in a water bath for 55-70 minutes.
  5. Cool in the oven with the door cracked for 1 hour, then chill for at least 6 hours.
  6. For the topping, melt butter with brown sugar, syrup, and spices, then add pecans and cool.
  7. Top the cheesecake with the pecan mixture just before serving.

Notes

For the best texture, use room temperature ingredients and avoid overmixing.
