Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Delight

A warm, gooey treat featuring crispy sourdough bread, creamy brie, and sweet cranberry sauce, perfect for gatherings and sharing moments.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large round sourdough bread loaf
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 16 oz wheel of brie, cut into small cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using a sharp knife, slice the sourdough bread horizontally and vertically, creating 1-inch cubes. Be careful not to slice all the way through the bread.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Season with salt to taste.
  4. Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush the butter mixture generously over the bread, ensuring the butter soaks into all the cuts.
  6. Gently stuff each crevice with the brie cubes and cranberry sauce for even distribution.
  7. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the brie melts and the bread is warm.
  8. Unwrap, serve hot, and enjoy the gooey, savory-sweet goodness!

Notes

Choose a good-quality brie for the best flavor. Let the bread sit for a few minutes after baking to avoid burns when digging in.
