Easy and Cheesy Garlic Knots

Delicious and fluffy garlic knots filled with gooey cheese, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (fresh or dried)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into strips, about 1 inch wide.
  4. Take a strip, pull it into a rope, and tie it into a knot.
  5. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, and seasonings.
  7. Brush the mixture over the knots and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free pizza dough. For dairy-free, substitute with dairy-free mozzarella.
