  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls or cubed mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and Kalamata olives.
  3. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the salad and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, let the salad chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Customize with other vegetables or proteins as desired.
