  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Fresh lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk while continuing to mix until fully combined.
  3. Slowly fold in the lemonade until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
  6. Garnish with fresh lemon slices before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use a gluten-free graham cracker crust. A dairy-free cream cheese can be used for lactose intolerance. Add fresh berries or whipped cream on top for a twist!
