Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls

Delightful Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls filled with cheesy goodness and garlic flavor, perfect for snacks or appetizers.

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Roll the dough tightly into a log from the long side. Slice into 1-inch rolls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
  6. Brush the warm pizza rolls with garlic butter and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Use a sharp knife for clean edges and allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Experiment with fillings like pepperoni or vegetables.
