Peanut Butter Cup Chia Pudding

A delightful chia pudding with the rich flavors of peanut butter and chocolate, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: crushed peanuts, chocolate chips, or sliced bananas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds and cocoa powder together.
  2. Add the almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent the chia seeds from clumping together.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until it thickens.
  5. Once ready, stir again before serving and top with optional toppings like crushed peanuts or chocolate chips.

Notes

For a smoother texture, blend all the ingredients before refrigerating. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
