Ricotta & Tomato Sourdough Toast

A delightful combination of creamy ricotta, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy sourdough, perfect for any time of the day.

  • 4 slices rustic sourdough bread
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Toast sourdough slices until golden and crispy.
  2. Spread a thick, even layer of ricotta cheese over each slice.
  3. Top with fresh tomato slices, slightly overlapping.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Top with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
