Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet (about 1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once done, shred the chicken using two forks and stir to combine with the gravy.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free cream of chicken soup and broth. Add vegetables for extra heartiness.
